Bede Worthington is a Sydney-based builder who grew up on Sydney’s North Shore.
His passion for working with his hands led him to pursue a career in carpentry in 2006 working for CC pines, a medium-tier construction company.
During his apprenticeship Bede gained experience in both commercial projects and residential insurance work ranging from general carpentry maintenance to full-scale rebuilds. After Bede completed his apprenticeship in 2010 he was employed with Plum Projects, an architectural design building company centered on Sydney’s North Shore where, working as a foreman, Bede learnt skills in team and trade management.
In 2011 Bede started his own carpentry business where he expanded his services from minor carpentry projects and subcontracting to large-scale building projects. In 2015 Bede was accredited with his builder’s license and started Worthbuild. Bede’s energy and enthusiasm has enabled him to keep up with the continually evolving nature of the industry.
